Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Sr. Manager of Customer Solutions Management to lead a team of senior CSMs for large Energy & Utilities customers.

You will own delivery of strategic solutions, applying AWS services, architecture principles and domain knowledge to drive measurable business outcomes. You will shape customer journeys, develop talent, and collaborate with sales, services, marketing, and professional services to accelerate migrations and partnerships.

Qualifications

10+ years leading complex IT/engineering programs.
Experience communicating strategic recommendations based on data.
Excellent written and verbal communication to senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
Managerial experience leading cloud migration teams with 15+ FTEs.
Deep understanding of cloud, data analytics and AI/ML with business impact.
Ability to set bold strategy and drive execution; trusted advisor to executives.
Robust understanding of Energy & Utilities landscape and best practices.

Responsibilities

As a key member of Field Management, ensure success and growth in our customers cloud journey.
Build deep relationships with decision makers to enable them to be Cloud advocates.
Hire, on-board, train, and develop new Customer Solutions Managers from internal and external sources.
Own team needs, set and measure goals, coach and mentor employees, evolve the delivery function.
Guide development of whitepapers, data sheets, and high-value customer guidance.
Act as conduit between customers, service engineering and support.
