Job summary

Pax8, Inc. is seeking a Sr. AWS Programs Strategy Manager to lead cloud growth initiatives in the United States. You will shape AWS investment programs, drive partner enablement, and design AI-enabled GTM strategies that translate investments into measurable outcomes.

This remote role offers ownership across strategy, program delivery, and stakeholder collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Vendor Success to accelerate Pax8's AWS partnership and marketplace success.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in cloud partnerships, alliances, or channel ecosystems.
• Knowledge of AWS partner programs and cloud funding mechanisms.
• Proven success delivering co-marketing or go-to-market initiatives.
• Strong project leadership with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, management, and optimization of AWS strategic programs while ensuring every initiative delivers tangible business impact.
• Create and execute AWS investment strategies aligned to revenue, customer growth, and partner adoption goals.
• Drive end-to-end program delivery across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Build strong relationships with AWS stakeholders and internal teams across Sales, Marketing, and Vendor Success.
• Develop compelling campaigns, enablement activities, communications, and partner-facing content.
• Identify new growth opportunities through AWS programs, incentives, marketplace initiatives, and emerging cloud trends.
• Track performance, report outcomes, and ensure funding compliance and proof-of-performance requirements are fulfilled.
• Support joint planning activities and strategic growth initiatives that strengthen the Pax8 and AWS partnership.
• Manage a portfolio of projects while maintaining exceptional execution standards and attention to detail.
