Pax8 is hiring an Operations Solutions Consultant to help MSP partners across the United States transform operations using intelligent cloud solutions, automation, benchmarking, and advisory services. You will partner with Channel Account Managers to grow revenue, lead benchmarking workshops, and deliver compelling business and technical presentations.

The role emphasizes remote-first flexibility, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing learning within a global, fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• Proven success in consultative sales with SaaS outcomes.
• Experience with subscription-based technologies.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders and decision-makers.
• Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive partner adoption of operational software and advisory services through consultative conversations focused on business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Channel Account Managers to generate opportunities, advance pipelines, and increase partner engagement.
• Consistently achieve revenue objectives by identifying growth opportunities and expanding solution adoption.
• Lead benchmarking workshops and strategic planning discussions to improve efficiency and automation.
• Deliver engaging business and technical presentations to internal teams and external partner audiences.
• Maintain accurate opportunity management and forecasting in CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Influence partner success by recommending operational best practices and scalable strategies.
• Contribute to team initiatives and Pax8's evolving operations solutions practice.
