Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end cloud solutions for complex requirements with security, scalability and cost optimization
• Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders to influence strategy and outcomes
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and business audiences and create reusable technical content
• Lead technical discussions with customer teams across architecture and implementation, identifying gaps
• Translate customer feedback into clear business and technical requirements for product/engineering teams
