Job summary

Sysdig is seeking a senior customer-facing technologist to own strategic relationships with enterprise and high-value customers of our cloud security platform. The role blends executive engagement, hands-on technical guidance, and collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support, to drive measurable security and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Several years in customer success, solutions engineering, professional services, or similar roles supporting enterprise cloud or security products.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted executive-level relationships from working engineers up to the C-suite.
• Collaborate with customer teams on deployments, reference architectures, and operational best practices for a runtime cloud security and threat-detection platform.
• Lead Success Planning, Outcome Mapping, Customer Business Reviews, and ongoing strategic touchpoints.
• Identify account risks early through health monitoring and technical diagnostics, and drive mitigation plans.
• Run hands‑on workshops that help customers unlock full platform value.
• Partner with Sales on renewals and expansions by demonstrating value realization and usage growth, and relay customer requirements into Product and Engineering roadmaps.
