Job summary

Sysdig is seeking an experienced Customer Success professional to own executive-level relationships across a portfolio of enterprise customers. You will drive alignment between customer goals and Sysdig capabilities through strategic planning, workshops, and business reviews.

Leverage deep knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and DevSecOps to enable proactive risk management, renewal support, and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success or related roles at SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Proven experience managing enterprise relationships.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes deployments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and DevSecOps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own executive-level relationships and strategic engagement for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with customer teams on deployments, architecture, and best practices.
• Drive alignment between customer goals and Sysdig's capabilities via Success Planning and Outcome Mapping.
• Lead Customer Business Reviews and strategic touchpoints with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop deep knowledge of customer environments to identify risks and opportunities for optimization.
• Mentor junior CSMs/CSEs and contribute to internal enablement.
