Job summary

Netskope Sweden is seeking a seasoned Solutions Engineer to partner with customers and partners, driving adoption of cloud security solutions. You will be the primary technical contact for feedback, escalate issues to HQ, and provide product insights.

This role involves heavy travel within the US territory to support engagements and demonstrate value to senior security leaders. You will contribute to demos, POCs, and win strategies, while aligning customer needs with Netskope capabilities and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of solutions/system engineering experience with executive-level presenting.
• Strong empathy for customers and revenue growth mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to executives and engineers.
• Ability to scale from whiteboard to security architect discussions.
• Experience with Linux, MacOS and Windows administration.
• Proficient in mobile tech (MDM/MAM) and cloud identity/SAML/SSO concepts.
• Familiar with cloud security, SIEM/SOAR, EDR, and VPN technologies.
• Knowledge of AD/Azure AD and public cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Willingness to travel within the region and sell cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets and articulate Netskope's benefits to executives.
• Create demos, presentations, and PoCs; lead evaluation tests with customers.
• Support customer success and resolve satisfaction issues across teams.
• Capture customer requirements and feedback for Product Management.
• Present at conferences and trade shows; respond to RFIs/RFPs.
• Differentiate Netskope solutions from competitors and manage win strategies.
