Job summary

Netskope is seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with customers and partners, acting as the primary contact for feedback and issue resolution. You will advocate for customers with HQ Support, provide product feedback, and travel within the US to support engagements.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in a solutions engineering capacity, strong presentation skills, and deep cloud security knowledge. This is a national scope position with opportunities to influence product direction.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience as a Solutions/System Engineer at executive level.
Strong communication and presentation skills to executives and architects.
Experience with cloud and security technologies and solutions.

Responsibilities

Exceed sales targets and articulate benefits of Netskope architecture to security leaders.
Lead demos, PoCs, and customer evaluations with cross-functional teams.
Gather customer requirements and relay feedback to product management.
Travel within the territory to support engagements and events.
Present at conferences and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
