Job summary

Cloudflare seeks a customer-facing Solutions Engineer to lead technical discovery and design bespoke architectures across Security, Networking, and Developer Platforms. You will craft compelling demos and PoCs, acting as the primary technical contact from contract signature through platform adoption.

You will build executive relationships, drive technical wins across multi‑stakeholder accounts, run QBRs, and help customers realize ROI with Cloudflare's suite.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles (solutions engineering, sales engineering, or related).
• Broad expertise across web security, networking, and cloud infra (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-suite and engineers.
• Hands-on experience with Cloudflare's Developer and AI platform.
• Experience building cloud-based applications and driving technical wins in enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and design bespoke architectures.
• Develop demos and PoCs across Cloudflare products.
• Build technical champions and executive relationships.
• Represent Cloudflare at industry events and conferences.
• Oversee onboarding and implementation; be the engineering contact.
• Lead QBRs translating platform metrics into ROI.
• Monitor customer health and resolve integration bottlenecks.
