Job summary

Sapiens is seeking an experienced Sr. Cloud Solutions Engineer to support our North American Go-to-Market organization.

This customer-facing role bridges customers, Sales, Product, Engineering, Security, Delivery, Finance, Pricing, and other internal teams to craft complete cloud/SaaS solutions. The candidate will combine strong cloud and SaaS knowledge with commercial awareness, coordinating opportunities across a global organization and primarily supporting NA opportunities while collaborating

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Cloud Architecture, technical pre-sales or related customer-facing tech roles.
• Experience supporting RFPs/RFIs, proposals, and contractual discussions.
• Strong presentation, discovery, workshop facilitation, proposal writing, and written communication skills.
• Experience with enterprise B2B software, SaaS, or cloud solutions; complex enterprise software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales as the primary Cloud Solutions Engineering resource for SaaS, AI, and cloud discussions.
• Lead technical discovery to understand objectives, architecture, security, and cloud strategy.
• Support complex enterprise opportunities across multiple products and dependencies.
• Serve as trusted advisor through evaluation, proposal, and contracting activities.
