CVS Health is hiring a Lead Director - Cloud and Platform Engineering to shape and execute the multi-cloud platform strategy across GCP, AWS, and Azure for Health100 and PCW. The role leads architecture, automation, and governance to deliver scalable, secure, and observable cloud capabilities at enterprise scale.
You will build the organization, define standards, and partner with DevOps, SRE, Security, and Enterprise Architecture to drive modernization while delivering measurable outcomes and
Competenze
- 10+ years in cloud infrastructure or related disciplines.
- 5+ years of technology leadership.
- 7+ years in major public cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).
- 5+ years with Terraform, IaC, CI/CD.
- 5+ years partnering with DevOps/Operations and Production SRE teams.
- 5+ years defining SLOs/SLIs and production-readiness criteria.
Mansioni
- Own the multi-cloud strategy and roadmap for Health100 and PCW across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
- Translate business priorities into engineered initiatives, balancing modernization with delivery.
- Provide executive visibility into roadmap progress, platform adoption, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Lead architecture, engineering, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise cloud platforms.
- Drive automation, platform enablement, and self-service capabilities for faster delivery.
- Partner with Production SRE and security teams to ensure reliable production operation.
