CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director - Cloud and Platform Engineering to shape and execute a multi-cloud platform strategy across GCP, AWS, and Azure for Health100 and PCW. You will lead architecture, automation, security, and production readiness, guiding teams and executive stakeholders toward scalable, resilient cloud capabilities.
The role emphasizes designing an automation-first platform, defining SLOs/SLIs, and driving modernization while balancing cost, risk, and delivery priorities.
Competenze
- 10+ years in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or DevOps.
- 5+ years of technology leadership at scale.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with GCP, AWS and Azure.
- 5+ years of Terraform, Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD automation.
- 5+ years partnering with DevOps/Operations and Production SRE teams.
- 5+ years defining SLOs, SLIs, and production-readiness criteria.
Mansioni
- Own the multi-cloud platform engineering strategy and roadmap for Health100 and PCW across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
- Lead architecture, engineering, and lifecycle management of enterprise cloud platforms.
- Drive automation, production readiness, and scalable platform delivery with measurable outcomes.
- Establish reusable reference architectures and patterns to accelerate onboarding.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure security, cost efficiency, and reliability.
