CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director - Cloud and Platform Engineering to shape and execute the multi-cloud platform strategy across GCP, AWS, and Azure for Health100 and PCW. Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of technology leadership, architecture leadership, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of deep engineering in GCP, AWS and Azure.
• 5+ years with Terraform, IaC, CI/CD automation.
• 5+ years partnering with DevOps/Production SRE teams.
• 5+ years defining SLOs, SLIs, and production-readiness criteria.

• Own the multi-cloud platform engineering strategy and roadmap for Health100 and PCW across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Translate priorities into sequenced engineering initiatives balancing delivery and modernization.
• Establish measurable outcomes and executive visibility into roadmap progress and cost efficiency.
• Lead architecture, engineering, implementation and lifecycle management of enterprise cloud platforms across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Drive reusable reference architectures and patterns to accelerate onboarding of applications.
