CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director - Cloud and Platform Engineering to shape multi-cloud strategy across GCP, AWS, and Azure for Health100 and PCW. You will direct architecture, platform engineering, automation, and production readiness, building an organization with strong engineering standards and measurable outcomes.

You will partner across security, SRE, data, enterprise architecture, and DevOps to deliver scalable, secure, observable cloud capabilities and cost-efficient operations at

Competenze

• 10+ years in cloud infrastructure or platform engineering.
• 5+ years in technology leadership or architecture leadership.
• 7+ years of hands-on cloud experience (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• 5+ years with Terraform, IaC, CI/CD automation.
• 5+ years partnering with DevOps/SRE teams for production operation.
• Experience defining SLOs/SLIs and production readiness.

• Own multi-cloud platform strategy and roadmap for Health100 and PCW across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Lead architecture, engineering, and lifecycle management of enterprise cloud platforms.
• Drive automation, observability, security, and cost-effective operations.
• Establish governance, security controls, and FinOps collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop talent, set engineering standards, and mentor leaders across teams.
• Partner with production SRE, security, and network teams to ensure reliability.
