CVS Health seeks a Lead Director - Cloud and Platform Engineering to shape a multi-cloud strategy for Health100 and PCW across GCP, AWS, and Azure. You will lead architecture, platform engineering, automation, and production readiness to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud services.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, SRE or related disciplines.
• 5+ years in technology leadership, engineering management or architecture leadership.
• 7+ years of deep engineering in GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• 5+ years with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation.
• 5+ years partnering with DevOps/Operations and Production SRE teams.

Mansioni

• Own and execute the multi-cloud platform engineering strategy across Health100 and PCW in GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Drive architecture, engineering, and lifecycle management of enterprise cloud platforms.
• Translate priorities into executable delivery plans and manage dependencies and risks.
• Establish automation-first patterns using Terraform, CI/CD, and reusable modules.
• Partner with Production SRE to ensure production readiness and reliability.
• Develop and enforce engineering standards, patterns, and governance.
