CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director - Cloud and Platform Engineering to shape the multi-cloud strategy across GCP, AWS, and Azure for Health100 and PCW. You will steer architecture, automation, and platform delivery for enterprise-scale, balancing cost, security, and reliability.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define roadmaps, and establish governance to accelerate onboarding and production readiness while mentoring engineers and aligning with business priorities.

Competenze

• 10+ years in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, SRE or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of technology leadership, engineering management or equivalent.
• 7+ years of deep experience in GCP, AWS and Azure.
• 5+ years with Terraform and IaC, CI/CD automation.
• 5+ years partnering with DevOps and Production SRE teams for production operation.
• 5+ years defining SLOs, SLIs, and production-readiness criteria.

Mansioni

• Own the multi-cloud platform engineering strategy and roadmap for Health100 and PCW across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Lead architecture, engineering, implementation, and lifecycle management across cloud platforms.
• Drive automation of cloud foundations, networking, identity, security, Kubernetes and observability.
• Ensure availability, resiliency, security, and cost requirements from the outset.
• Lead technical design reviews through production readiness and deployment readiness.
