CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director - Cloud and Platform Engineering to shape the multi-cloud strategy across GCP, AWS, and Azure for Health100 and PCW. You will lead architecture, platform engineering, and automation efforts to deliver scalable, secure, and observable cloud services at enterprise scale.
This role demands strong leadership, strategic roadmapping, and close collaboration with Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, security, and enterprise architecture teams to drive modernization
Competenze
- 10+ years in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or DevOps.
- 5+ years in technology leadership or architecture leadership.
- 7+ years with GCP, AWS, and Azure across foundations and landing zones.
- 5+ years in IaC, CI/CD automation and patterns.
Mansioni
- Own the multi-cloud strategy and roadmap for Health100 and PCW across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
- Translate priorities into sequenced engineering initiatives balancing delivery and modernization.
- Establish measurable outcomes and provide exec-level roadmap visibility.
- Lead architecture, engineering, and lifecycle management for cloud platforms.
- Drive foundations: networking, identity, security, Kubernetes, data services, observability.
- Ensure availability, multi-region resiliency, DR, and cost considerations from outset.
