Avenga invites a Cloud&Ops Engineer (Technical Support) to join our global team in the US. You will provide advanced support for cloud infrastructure products, perform in-depth log analysis, and drive incident resolution under tight SLAs.

You will mentor others, document solutions, and collaborate with engineers across regions while maintaining customer satisfaction and high availability of critical platforms.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field is required.
Experience in customer-facing technical support roles is required.
Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues are required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Advanced) are required.
Solid L2/L3 networking knowledge: stacks, switching, routing, firewalls.
Experience working with Linux is required.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple customer issues in dynamic, high-pressure environments.

Provide technical support for cloud infrastructure products and operator suites.
Perform in-depth log debugging and analysis.
Support customer KPIs and SLAs.
Execute software upgrades and patching.
Lead emergency recovery for outages.
