Job summary

BayInfotech in Santa Clara, CA is seeking multiple DevOps Support Engineers to join our customer success team. You will troubleshoot issues with our Cloud Center product suite and serve as a key technical contact for clients to ensure successful deployments and exceptional service.

You will work with support, engineering, and product teams to resolve incidents, document processes, and provide feedback for product improvements, while mentoring partners and developing internal and customer-facing

Qualifications

3–5+ years of technical support at level 2 for enterprises in cloud/ PaaS environments.
Knowledge of cloud computing and technologies like AWS, VMware, and OpenStack.
Knowledge of software application frameworks.
Expert knowledge in cloud infrastructure concepts.
Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer support issues concurrently.
Self-motivated with strong self-development mentality.
Thrives under pressure and can prioritize activities.

Responsibilities

Act as an integral member of the support team, solving incidents from a technical perspective and contributing to FAQ development and procedures.
Conduct technical troubleshooting sessions with customers.
Train and support Client’s indirect channel partners.
Provide feedback loops to product management and engineering for enhancements.
Assist in developing internal and customer-facing documentation.
Triage and document bugs and enhancement requests observed in the field.
