Job summary

Aviatrix is seeking a Senior Cloud Network Engineer to join its Customer Support team. You will guide customers through adoption of multi-cloud networking and security services, deliver real-time support and strategy, and tackle complex issues with engineering.

The role follows a Tuesday-Saturday Pacific Time schedule on the West Coast. The position demands deep networking knowledge, experience with cloud platforms, and strong scripting skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in customer success, resident engineer, network engineer, or similar roles.
• Strong networking skills: routing, BGP, IPsec, Linux, virtualization and infrastructure software.
• Experience with AWS, Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues for Aviatrix customers.
• Report product issues to development and advocate for customers to help deliver high-quality products.
• Develop and improve knowledge-based content and troubleshooting guidance.
