Job summary

Eon is seeking a Senior Support Engineer to join a global team delivering exceptional technical support for our CBPM platform. You will troubleshoot customer issues, leverage logs, networking, and system administration, and scale support with coding/scripting.

You will own incidents, coordinate with product and engineering, and help design scalable automated solutions while supporting after-hours coverage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on, technical customer support or related customer-facing role.
• 2+ years experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience reading or debugging code in Go, Python, or JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Own, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues with collaboration and best practices.
• Create, maintain, and coordinate incident management requests to product or engineering.
• Design and implement scalable support solutions through automation.
