We are looking for a Cloud&Ops Engineer (Technical Support) to join our global team. This role involves providing advanced support for cloud infrastructure products, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in high-pressure environments.
The position is based in US (US Citizen), and requires strong technical expertise combined with excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
Experience in customer-facing technical support roles.
Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Advanced).
Solid L2/L3 networking knowledge: stacks, switching, routing, firewalls.
Experience working with Linux.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple customer issues in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
Must be a US Citizen.
Additional Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with ELK stack.
Background working with Telecommunication Providers.
Provide technical support for cloud infrastructure products and operator suites.
Perform in-depth log debugging and analysis.
Support customer KPIs and SLAs.
Execute software upgrades and patching.
Lead emergency recovery for outages.
Maintain customer lab environments.
Mentor and train other engineers.
Document technical solutions and contribute to the knowledge base.
Collaboration with engineers and technicians across multiple product lines and global regions (Canada, US, China, Costa Rica, Romania, and more).
Exposure to cutting-edge cloud infrastructure technologies based on open-source platforms.
