Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Systems Engineer Principal to lead a team of engineers in building a secure private cloud platform for a SOCOM customer. You will define the architecture, security posture, and operations supporting mission-critical workloads on a private cloud environment, aligning with DoW regulations for handling classified information.

The role requires 7+ years of related experience, TS/SCI clearance, and strong leadership within enterprise cloud

• 7+ years of related experience.
• Strong Windows Server and Active Directory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and administrators in developing and executing cloud strategy for a SOCOM private cloud.
• Define architecture, security posture, and operational processes for the private cloud.
• Oversee application migration efforts and ensure DoW compliance.
