Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 5+ years of related infrastructure experience in large-scale environments.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS GovCloud or OCI).
• Strong knowledge of virtualization, storage, and networking.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing infrastructure operations.
• Familiarity with DHS/ federal security requirements and audits.
• Public Trust security clearance required or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead Infrastructure team responsible for 24x7 operations of on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Develop SOPs and runbooks for operations, maintenance, and incident response.
• Oversee O&M of hundreds of server endpoints and petabyte-scale storage.
• Ensure high availability, performance, capacity, and resilience.
• Collaborate with application, database, network, security, and development teams.
• Plan modernization, automation, and roadmaps with stakeholders.
