• Bridge IT Infrastructure and IT Applications with Azure-focused workflows.
• Ensure solutions follow vendor best practices for performance, cost, data protection, and security.
• Assist in developing technology roadmaps and lifecycle planning.
• Perform root cause analysis to recover from service interruptions and prevent recurrence.
• Create and maintain documentation for services and applications.
