Under the direction of the Project Manager, the Implementation Consultant supports the full implementation lifecycle and may lead assigned project activities while working closely with clients and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of software implementation experience.
• SaaS/cloud computing and HRIS experience.
• Workforce Management experience preferred, including scheduling, timekeeping, position management, and organizational structure.
• Experience with Dayforce preferred; other HRIS/Payroll systems considered.
• Experience implementing HRIS modules or similar end-to-end solutions.
• Knowledge of HCM business practices and business process mapping.
• Proficiency in SQL and XML.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute implementation plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and maximise ROI.
• Manage the full implementation process, including client consultation, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
• Document and validate client requirements and align them with Dayforce functionality.
• Configure Dayforce to meet client business requirements.
• Conduct consulting sessions and document meeting outcomes.
• Collaborate with project teams, internal partners, clients, and third parties to ensure successful system implementation.
• Develop SQL scripts and XML transformers for integrations and interfaces.
• Guide clients in applying Organizational Readiness best practices for Dayforce rollout.
