Job summary

HRchitect is seeking a skilled WorkForce Software Consultant to join our growing team. You will lead end-to-end implementations, plan projects, and configure WFS per client specifications.

Ideal candidates communicate effectively, mentor junior consultants, and can work remotely from a North American home office. SaaS environment experience and WFS certification are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing WorkForce Software implementations from start to finish.

As an HRchitect Consultant, you will be responsible for helping clients with the implementation and support of WorkForce Software. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills along with a solid understanding of the solution.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Implementation consulting experience a must.

• Certified in WorkForce Functional Implementations.
• Certified in WorkForce Configuration.
• Certifications such as FPC, CPP, HRIP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or PMP a plus
• 5+ Years working in a SaaS environment.
• 3+ Years working with WFS in an implementation capacity.
• Demonstrated experience working across multiple verticals such as Healthcare, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Retail.
