Job summary

WorkForce Software, an ADP company, is hiring a Technical Implementation Consultant to deliver the WorkForce Software Suite (Time, Scheduling, Integrations) to client environments. You will configure the software to meet client needs and guide implementation from discovery through go-live.

You will collaborate with project teams, perform unit and system testing, and develop your consulting and leadership skills through training and certifications.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in software implementations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with Agile/Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Configure the WorkForce Software Suite to meet client requirements.
• Understand product configuration and implement settings correctly.
• Guide complex issues and communicate blockers in a timely manner.
• Perform unit and system testing to ensure test cases pass.
