Job summary
WorkForce Software, an ADP company, is seeking a Principal Implementation Consultant to lead enterprise HR solution implementations for Fortune 500 clients. The role is based in Roseland, NJ, with opportunities in Maitland, FL and Livonia, MI.
As a senior consultant, you will onboard clients, analyze requirements, and design complex HCM solutions, collaborating with sales and support teams. Travel up to 50% and a hybrid work model are expected to support client success.
Qualifications
- You have at least 6-8 years of experience working in software implementations.
- You have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills with a strong emphasis on Excel.
- You have experience with Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
- You will have the ability to travel up to 50% with the potential for international travel.
- Associates located near an ADP or WorkForce office would follow the ADP hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Onboard clients and create exceptional onboarding experiences.
- Implement WorkForce Software technologies and analyze client needs.
- Partner internally with sales and support teams and align project priorities.
- Multi-task on multiple time-sensitive projects and share updates with clients.
