Job summary

HRSoft, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Analyst to join the Professional Services team, delivering cloud-based HR software deployments for clients. You will work with a Project Manager to configure the product, run SQL reporting, and execute QA through go-live.

This hybrid role requires translating business requirements into configurations, training clients, performing data migrations, and ensuring a smooth, high-quality customer experience across projects.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year IT/SaaS or 1–2 years as Compensation Analyst experience.
• Understanding of web development fundamentals (Client-side, Server-side, HTTP/HTTPS).
• Familiarity with WordPress or Drupal is a plus.
• Knowledge of RDBMS concepts like Joins, normalization, constraints.
• Strong communication and problem-analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Gather customer requirements and configure HRSoft products to meet client needs.
• Document and manage project plans and the client repository.
• Assist in documenting project and client activities.
• Participate in client support and escalated investigations.
• Collaborate with clients to capture and implement requirements.
• Develop timelines and milestones for timely delivery.
• Provide training and support during implementation.
• Conduct data analysis and migrations for data integration.
• Troubleshoot issues during implementation.
• Work with Sales, Product Dev, and Support for seamless implementations.
• Improve processes and drive client satisfaction.
