Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Sr. Solution Architect to drive cloud management requirements for Supermicro Enterprise customers.

In this role, the ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the building of architectural design blueprints, identify gaps in technology, test, troubleshoot and implement complex software management solutions. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise and communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration between all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 8–10 years in server management or related roles in data centers.
• Experience with Day0–Day2 enterprise data center operations and Redfish.
• Architecture of end-to-end digital infrastructure for AI data centers.

Responsibilities

• Build strong credibility with customers to ensure a positive experience with Supermicro solutions.
• Develop and maintain reference materials, user guides, scripts, and runbooks.
• Improve internal processes to enhance efficiency for customers and product teams.
• Collaborate with product, production, sales and field teams to advocate customer needs.
• Partner with internal development teams to drive product and process improvements.
