• Lead customer engagements on availability, capacity, and service levels.
• Partner with sales, marketing, service, and engineering teams in pre-sales and workshops.
• Define and refine product/service specs to meet operational needs.
• Drive engineering to align features with service requirements.
• Lead research on data center tech and portfolio roadmap.
• Mentor and build cross-functional teams for fast-changing environments.
