Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership delivering complex builds/releases across multiple environments.
• Experience in regulated federal environments is a plus.
• Expertise in CM practices: identification, baselining, change control, status accounting.
• Proficiency with multiple SCMs and branching/merging strategies.
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead CM and release engineering tasks and ensure documented, compliant build parameters.
• Design, automate, and maintain productivity tools to improve software modeling and development.
• Develop build procedures supporting software product development and use.
• Provide technical guidance across CM standards and tools to teams.
• Mentor junior analysts/engineers in CM best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across internal and external teams.
