Softchoice, a World Wide Technology company, seeks a Solution Lead to own multi‑cloud engagements across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Translate business needs into cloud transformation strategies and lead architects and consultants to deliver outcomes.

You’ll enter C‑level conversations, align workloads with governance and long‑term strategy, and drive delivery from pre‑sales to execution while maintaining profitability and client value.

Qualifications

• Executive presence to lead C-level discussions and drive cloud transformations.
• Strong leadership across multi-disciplinary teams and pre-sales to delivery.
• Experience balancing P&L with project delivery and client outcomes.
• Proven ability to articulate complex architectures to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the highest-level technical authority for cloud engagements across AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Lead multi-workstream cloud transformations including migrations and governance.
• Guide provider selection with workload fit, cost, compliance, and long-term strategy.
• Review architecture docs, deployment plans, and risk assessments for quality.
• Mentor architects and consultants to grow technical and delivery capabilities.
• Drive cross-sell opportunities within active engagements.
