Job summary

Softchoice is seeking a seasoned Cloud Practice leader to drive enterprise IT cloud initiatives across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will own technical delivery, guide multi-workstream transformations, and shape strategic roadmaps for clients while mentoring architects and consultants.

You will manage financials, engage in pre-sales alongside account teams, and ensure delivery quality and profitability across complex engagements. Travel up to 15% is required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise IT with delivery and leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary architect/consultant teams.
• Proven pre-sales to delivery lifecycle experience.
• Experience managing engagement financials, P&L, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as high-level technical authority for cloud engagements across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Lead complex multi-workstream cloud transformations: migrations, modernizations, cloud-native builds, multi-cloud governance.
• Define roadmaps, scoping, and client value realization for transformations.
• Mentor architects and consultants; build a high-performance project culture.
• Partner with PMO to manage risks, issues, and client communications.
