Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of technical experience.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
• Experience working in a Salesforce environment.
• Solid foundation of data engineering concepts, ETL, and distributed processing, particularly Databricks and Informatica.
• Medium programming skills in Python.
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases for Generative AI use cases.
• Understanding of MLOps and model lifecycle management.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and Copado.
• Understanding of monitoring, observability, logging, and alerting practices.
• Knowledge of security, IAM, data privacy, and responsible data governance practices.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, or other container orchestration technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Must have experience and ability to work remote.
