Humana is seeking a Senior Cloud Services Engineer to enable cloud technologies, ETL processes, Salesforce ecosystems, and AI capabilities. You will collaborate across teams to deliver scalable and secure cloud solutions, mentor juniors, and contribute to continuous improvement while working remotely with occasional travel to Humana offices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/engineering.
• 5+ years of technical experience.
• Experience in a Salesforce environment.
• Strong data engineering, ETL, and distributed processing (Databricks/Informatica).
• Medium programming skills in Python.
• Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases for Generative AI use cases.
• Understanding of MLOps and model lifecycle management.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GC).
• Experience with CI/CD, IaC, and Copado.
• Knowledge of monitoring, observability, logging, and alerting.
• Knowledge of security, IAM, data privacy and governance.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes/Docker and container orchestration.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Must have experience and ability to work remote.

• Manage and monitor networks, systems, and applications to guarantee cloud-ecosystem performance.
