Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analytics Solutions Engineer to design and maintain analytics products across Azure Databricks and Power BI. You will translate complex healthcare data into scalable reporting, data models, and governance-ready metrics.

You'll collaborate with business, clinical, and technology teams, applying AI-enabled analytics, while contributing to evolving capabilities in semantic modeling and analytics engineering. This remote opportunity may require occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in BI, analytics, or data engineering.
• Experience building analytics solutions for business users.
• Proficient with SQL, Power BI, and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain standardized analytics solutions.
• Build analytics-ready data solutions using Databricks and SQL.
• Develop Power BI reports and semantic models for program insights.
• Create reusable datasets and reporting patterns for recurring needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Apply data governance and documentation best practices.
• Explore AI-enabled analytics, including Genie One, to enhance data interaction.
