Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking a senior CLO specialist to support the largest clients with complex needs, oversight of clerical and cash processing, and collaboration with legal and compliance teams.

You will contribute to process improvements, training, and system testing while ensuring accurate client service and risk controls. Remote role with potential travel, competitive benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years relevant CLO industry experience.
• Preferred: CCTS or CTMC certification or Master's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex support to the largest clients in CLO products and monitor internal controls.
• Resolve the most complex administrative issues and support senior client staff.
• Manage day-to-day cash, debt service calculations, and transaction processing.
• Collaborate with internal and external legal and compliance teams to finalize documents.
• Develop and lead trainings related to CLO products and services.
• Identify business process improvements and participate in system testing.
