Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking a Senior CLO Specialist to lead the CLO product operations for its largest clients. The role focuses on managing day-to-day client service activities, billing, and complex cash/investment processing while ensuring internal controls.

The incumbent will collaborate with senior management and legal/compliance teams to refine processes, negotiate documents, and support new business opportunities. Travel is minimal, with emphasis on remote service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 7+ years in CLO industry or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Certified Corporate Trust Specialist (CCTS) or Corporate Trust Master Certification (CTMC) preferred.
• Experience with CLOs, Interval Funds, ABLs, and Private Debt.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly complex support to the largest clients with CLO needs.
• Manage day-to-day operational/client service activities within the CLO team.
• Identify business solutions to improve processes, policies, and systems.
• Handle cash and investment transactions, billing, and compliance reviews.
• Lead trainings related to CLO products and services and participate in system testing.
• Collaborate with legal/compliance teams on document provisions and risk control.
