Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking a Senior Corporate Trust Specialist to support the CLO product for our largest clients, handling complex financial transactions with strict compliance and efficiency.

You will work with senior management and legal/compliance teams to optimize processes, ensure accurate settlements, and mentor junior staff in a remote, nationwide setup. A Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in CLO/corporate trust are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; 7+ years in CLO industry.
• Advanced MS Excel skills preferred.
• CCTS or CTMC certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly complex support to largest clients and monitor internal controls.
• Manage day-to-day operations for CLO accounts, including billing and transactions.
• Identify process improvements with senior management and legal/compliance teams.
• Lead trainings on CLO products and participate in system testing.
• Assist cross-training and mentor junior associates.
