Job summary
Verista seeks a senior CLM architect to lead technical design for the Sirion platform, guiding architecture, integrations, and deployment across enterprise systems. You will partner with Legal, Procurement, IT, and Security to translate complex contracts into scalable solutions.
You will shape the future roadmap for AI-enabled contract intelligence, automated review, and workflow automation while ensuring governance and security across a global environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in CS/IS or related field.
- Significant experience designing enterprise CLM solutions.
- Hands-on Sirion implementation experience preferred and a key hiring factor.
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical authority for Sirion CLM platform.
- Design scalable Sirion solutions across contract lifecycle modules.
- Define platform architecture, governance, security, and deployment strategy.
- Design integrations with SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow and other enterprise apps.
- Evaluate requirements and balance native capabilities with configuration and customization.
- Lead architecture discussions and mentor teams.
- Prototype emerging capabilities and shape future AI roadmap for CLM.
