Job summary

Verista is seeking a hands-on Senior CLM Architect to lead Sirion platform initiatives across our global client base. You will drive architecture, integrations, and governance for contract lifecycle management, including AI-enabled capabilities and automation.

Required are deep Sirion experience, strong CLM architecture knowledge, and a track record of enterprise deployments. The role offers exposure to SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and e-sign solutions in a complex global environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Significant experience designing and implementing enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management solutions.
Hands-on Sirion implementation experience is strongly preferred.
Experience with multiple enterprise-scale CLM implementations, ideally including at least one complex global Sirion deployment.
Strong understanding of CLM architecture across pre-signature, execution, repository, post-signature, obligation, analytics, and reporting capabilities.
Deep understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, data mapping, middleware, authentication, SSO, security, and application architecture.
Experience integrating CLM with SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, DocuSign, Adobe Sign, ERP and data environments.
Ability to translate complex requirements into practical technical solutions.
Experience balancing configuration versus customization in architecture decisions.
Familiarity with AI, LLMs, and intelligent document processing in contracting.

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical authority for the Sirion CLM platform across the enterprise.
Design scalable Sirion solutions including contract request, authoring, clause management, workflow, and analytics.
Define platform architecture, deployment, security, and release management strategies.
Design integrations between Sirion and SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, procurement, e-signature, identity, and data platforms.
Evaluate requirements and balance native Sirion capabilities with configuration, integration, extension, and customization.
Establish architecture standards for scalability, maintainability, performance, and upgradeability.
Support data migration, reporting architecture, and integration patterns.
Collaborate with business, Legal, IT, and security teams to translate requirements into technical implementations.
Lead design discussions and mentor configuration, integration, data, and development teams.
Prototype emerging capabilities and define the roadmap for AI, contract intelligence, and workflow automation within CLM.
Identify opportunities to connect contract data with enterprise ecosystems.
