Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer, Legal Systems to build and scale our CLM and legal tech ecosystem, with a primary focus on Ironclad. You will partner with Legal, Legal Operations, Finance, Sales, and IT to design, implement, and optimize systems that support a fast-growing organization.

You will streamline contract processes, improve data visibility, and ensure integrations across enterprise systems are secure, scalable, and compliant.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting Legal Systems or CLM platforms.
• Hands-on Ironclad experience strongly preferred.
• Experience configuring CLM workflows, approvals, and permissions.
• Knowledge of GenAI automation for legal workflows.

Responsibilities

• Administer Ironclad CLM including workflows, templates, approvals, and permissions.
• Collaborate with Legal and Legal Operations to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Design and maintain contract workflows across lifecycle from intake to renewal.
• Build and support integrations between Ironclad and CRM/ERP/billing systems.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for visibility and compliance.
• Ensure data governance and security controls.
• Create documentation and training materials for users.
