Job summary

Claritev seeks a Senior Analyst in Contract Management to lead Sirion CLM configurations, build advanced dashboards, and guide data migrations during implementation. The role partners with legal, procurement, and business teams to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and maximize CLM value.

You'll oversee end-to-end contract administration, including drafting, review, and governance, while driving process improvements and ensuring audit readiness across client contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in contract management or CLM systems preferred.
• 5+ years of professional hands-on contracting and reporting in healthcare (claims, payer, provider) preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and workflow design skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and administration of Sirion CLM workflows and templates.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for contract KPIs, obligations, and compliance.
• Oversee data migration and validation during implementation to ensure accuracy.
• Design obligation management processes and provide end-user training and support.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Operations, Compliance and Finance to enable timely contract execution.
