Advocate Health is seeking a full-time clinician for the Floyd Behavioral Health Services Adult PHP in Rome, GA. The role involves coordinating daily patient care, facilitating group therapy, and supervising patients during PHP hours. Strong documentation skills and collaboration with the treatment team are essential.

Required: Master’s degree in counseling or social work and a minimum of 3 years of related experience. CPR/CPI certification within 90 days of hire is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, or related field from an accredited college.
• 3 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and how to apply to a group setting.
• Employee will obtain CPR and CPI certification within 90 days of employment.
• Proven ability to work with others at all levels within Floyd Medical Center.

Responsibilities

• Provision of Care: coordinate patient care, facilitate group therapy, supervise patients during program hours.
• Documentation and Management of Medical Record: complete treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge planning.
• Communication Team Work Conduct: convey treatment issues to staff and participate in treatment teams.
