The position requires a master’s degree in counseling or a related field and GA licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) with at least five years of related experience.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate patient care and facilitate group therapy and therapeutic programming
• Maintain positive relationships with patients, physicians, and referral sources
• Plan and facilitate daily adult groups including educational and psychotherapy groups
• Complete documentation for group notes, plan of care, therapist notes, and safety plans within required timeframes
• Communicate treatment issues and medication concerns to nurses and physicians
• Participate in discharge planning and patient care coordination
