Job summary

Advocate Health in Georgia operates an Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) within Floyd Behavioral Health Services. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with benefits eligible.

Requires a Master’s degree in counseling and state licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMSW/LMFT) and at least 1 year of related experience. Responsibilities include facilitating group therapy, supervising patients, coordinating with staff, and assisting in program development and discharge

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or related field from an accredited institute.
• Licensed by the state of Georgia (LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT)
• At least 1 year related experience

Responsibilities

• Facilitates group therapy and develops programming for adult PHP patients.
• Supervises patients during program hours and monitors safety.
• Maintains positive relationships with patients, physicians, and referral sources.
• Co-facilitates groups and assists in therapy with other clinicians.
• Collaborates with Program Manager on program development and handles meal-related activities with patients.
• Monitors attendance and assists in discharge planning and follow-up.
