Job summary

Atrium Health Floyd in Rome, GA is seeking an Associate Clinical Therapist III to coordinate care within the Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). You will facilitate group therapy, ensure accurate documentation, and collaborate with nurses, physicians, and referral sources to support patient recovery.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00–4:30, with benefits. Requires a Master’s degree in counseling or social work and at least three years of related experience;

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, or related field from an accredited college.
• 3 years of related experience.
• CPR and CPI certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and facilitate PHP group therapy sessions.
• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge planning.
• Maintain therapeutic environment and effective communication with staff and families.
• Supervise patients during program hours and manage admissions/removal from the program.
• Attend debriefings and participate in treatment teams.
