Advocate Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Program Manager in Georgia to lead PHP, ER/onsite, and inpatient therapy teams with clinical leadership and operational oversight.

The role requires a Master’s in Social Work or Psychology and GA licensure, plus 5+ years in behavioral health and supervisory experience. You will coordinate across Floyd locations, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• GA licensure as a Professional Counselor, LMFT, or LCSW required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in behavioral health treatment delivery.
• Experience supervising staff and managing budgets.
• Ability to oversee multiple programs and locations.

Responsabilidades

• Plans and monitors the needs of the program in collaboration with the director.
• Develops treatment protocols and executes outcome studies to improve effectiveness.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and accreditation standards including TJC.
• Provides psycho-diagnostic services and individual/couple/family therapy as needed.
• Oversees HR responsibilities for staff, including hiring and performance reviews.
• Develops operating and capital budgets and controls expenditures.
